Office Hours:
Being a family run business, our hours vary with the tasks at hand. We may be pressing designs at 10am in the morning or running embroidery items at 11pm at night. Generally, we operate Sunday to Sunday in one fashion or another and constantly check our emails, so please send us a note and we will respond as soon as we can.
Artwork:
Artwork can be emailed to embroidery@a-agames.com in pretty much any format you are using:
CorelDraw - .CDR file
JPEG / GIF / WMF
Final artwork must be approved before any production can begin.
Shipping:
All orders ship USPS Priority from Bartlett, Illinois and billed to your invoice.
Sales Tax:
All orders shipped to Illinois are subject to state sales tax of 9.0% unless your tax form is on file with us.
Returns and Refunds:
We will re-do any item that is not to your satisfaction where the wrong design color, apparel color or apparel size was used after your approval of the order. Items found to be in error must be returned before the replacements are re-issued. Sorry, we can not accept returns on items due to an incorrect size you order nor can we offer refunds on any custom imprinted jobs. Any claim must be received with in 72 hours of the receipt of items or no adjustments will be made.
Providing your own items:
If you provide merchandise to be printed or embroidered, we can not be held liable under any circumstance for any damage in any way, shape or form to your item. If you provide your own merchandise, it is understood that it is at your own risk. There will be no replacements or refunds.
A&A Games values it's involvement with family and community. Therefore, we retain the right to refuse a design we deem "not in good taste". At our discretion, we will not print items that are racial, offensive or contain foul language, negative political or sexually demeaning in nature.
